Healthy Lifestyle

I Keep my body healthy is eating Vintebles ball and healthy food to get strong and big  and running push up and star jump and sleeping and brash my theft and straining and Doing sport.  We can build and dancing and riding bike and braking staff that is not good like broken chair and toy and  box and  bucket  and pilact. and froing and  jumping and jogging . Then holding a ball and running with it to the try lane . and famous cause they go to the do 5 hole hours or 10 hole hours or 20 hole hours . when the 20 hole hours  was finished he went for a run again at the park to get more strong and skinny . when he was taiyed he went for a baff then he went to sleep. When it was the morning he was  to fit.

When i stand up in front of my class. and i was so confidence and i was so excited. When i stood up in front of my class my class were looking at me . as i said my mihi i was so proud at mysale when i said e tu my class stan up and we did a waiata. when the waiata was finies then i sat down on the mat and i was prund at mysale.
