the poly strong challenge is about our culture  and it decant matter if you are a Tongan  or Fijian but you can dance to Samoan and cook island music  and i dance to the Tongan dance and there were there groups

Back in 2016 a lady went to the Olympics. When the lady lifted up the weight she was screaming in agony and her shoulder went back and her legs crumpled to the ground  because the weight was to massive. She still got a bronze medal.

the running

As the lady was at the starting line. when the flag was green the lady run so that no one bet her then she was completely.exhausted. She crawled to the finish. As she /was great determination and she support her country.

the all black

The All Blacks were standing with mana as they did the haka in front of the audience. When they finished they haka they showed their fierce pukana as they poked their tang and they made their eyes big. And they sowed strength  like a warrior to represent our country.
